grain of salt of course, but beware. I've had my run ins with companies like this IRL and they are just fly-by night operations that prey on people with poor credit/financial habits.
Dropped below support, but holding pretty well. More support at the 200MA. Another one I'm watching closely in case I need to exit.
Looks like upcoming resistance and a descending triangle, going to be closing my position out in this one soon:
Just closed my position at $20.84 for a 3.17% gain. Not quite what I was hoping for, but as my chart above showed, I was finding new resistance and ready to lock in some profits. Plus I'm a little bearish this month/quarter with the volatility in the market that I expect to happen with the Trump presidency becoming "real".
Looks like I sold this AT LEAST 2 days early, as this is now up to $21.31 and what would have been an extra 2% so far. Not the end of the world, as it was still profitable, but looks like I missed out on a little bit. Looking back on it, after it closed above the 50MA, I'm not quite sure why I was so quick to close the position when I am not IN A HURRY to close for another week or so. It did break through the resistance line that I drew in which is what prompted me to sell early.
I want to rent out a small house. It is in good condition, but I do not know at all what price it is worth to rent it. There are two floors and a total of 6 rooms. Does anyone know the estimated cost of houses now?
In the United States, about 60% of people own their own real estate, which is more than 200 million people. But over the past few years, that percentage has started to fall. Many Americans easily break down and move to any part of the country. That is why the demand for rental housing is much higher. In addition, most of the rented housing does not belong to specific people or the owners of the apartments themselves, but to large companies that build special buildings in which you can only rent housing. I often like to move, so I am familiar with all the nuances of renting a home. The main assistant is https://parentportfolio.com/prorated-rent-calculator/ and I'm not worried about being able to overpay more for an average home.
