That's the pitch from Dan Ferris for his Extreme Value newsletter, and I usually think his ideas are at least worth looking at. This one will probably end up sounding familiar to most of you, though I'm pretty sure I've never written about it before -- it's about some genuinely unique assets... though whether it's really a "real estate" play remains to be seen.
