Target price $430, a double. North America distributor or worldwide. And all this while BUD is self-destructing through poor management. Brilliant move by STZ and as soon as everyone sees and hears the sonic boom from this deal, it goes ballistic.

STZ dipping today; news is out that they are paying a 51% premium to yesterday's price of Canopy Growth (CGC or WEED) in order to take a 38% stake. Wonder if this move has a whiff of desperation? Perhaps a sign that alcohol sales growth is not going to be so strong? Also, what's the deal with marijuana in the US? If it gets legalized, do they release all prisoners in there for pot? Imagine spending 15 years in prison for dealing pot, and then it turns out it's a legal business.
Can someone give me a hint? I ain't good at identifying such things via charts yet. I have a position in st so I'm curious.
Good chart. Assuming you are long chart seems pretty bullish. Hold on and monitor 220$ level. If you price drops bellow (severly) from that level get out. https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=STZ
I allways consider price zones, not price precise levels. Price quite often flutuate inside a price zone, so to me is quite reductor to think in price level as precise numbers. A breakout happens when price moves out that area, normally a resistance zone, if trend is up (reverse is same similar, just consider sup zone, trend down, and in that case we have a breakdown). Normally I like to see this move happening w/ an increase in activity (volume). Finally, I dont like building a position at once; buy in lots. One at the breakout, the others at confirmation.
