Off to a good start id say

Dollar cost averaging... that means buying in a little at a time... its a win win... if your stocks fall in price, you can buy the next round cheaper.. if your stocks go up, well, no complaints... starting small means you have less to lose, and starting early means you have plenty of time to learn

I have traded with de giro before. It’s a cheap broker, with some limitations, but further good in use. Only be aware that they don’t have the safetynet like the large brokers when they go bankrupt. I believe in that case you’re kind of screwed. If you go for long term investing I would choose a different broker for that reason.

Thanks I wasn't even thinking this my goal was to buy in 30 companies I believe in and mostly good dividends, and at the end own 10+ stocks and build of each thanks for you reply and help info!.

They have a safe net up to 20k which I know isn't much over time, which broker would you recommend that is cheap and safe, I have used Toro for crypto but I find there fees bit crazy thanks again for your help :).

I would go for Interactive Brokers when looking at your goals ;)
