That's what they already agreed to weeks ago. However, China has been dragging their feet on actually making the purchases while Trump keeps suspending the tariffs. I guess there wasn't an official agreement that Trump would suspend the tariffs; he just did it whenever the market needed to hear a deal would be soon. This is so far from anything that will be a real deal.
^ They could get Trump to a real deal real fast if they'd just agree to come clean about Hunter Biden.
The Chinese Vice Premier said the negotiation went very well, at least this time the Chinese said talks were going well not just Trump
