Minimal profit taking this morning and continuance of run may happen if markets are friendly New 52 week high This tiny PC proves AMD's APUs can power competitive gaming on a tight budget (the last part of article) That’s damned impressive for integrated graphics in a $110 chip. Doubly so in a sexy little whisper-quiet system that costs under $500. You’ll start to run into performance problems if you expand into beefier modern games, though you’ll be able to play some less intensive titles at low settings and 720p resolution. If you’re looking to get even more performance out of an APU, the A10-7870K ($140 at Newegg) should deliver a wee bit more bite for an additional $30. But put all that aside. The AMD A10-7860K absolutely gets the job done for the most popular competitive e-sports games in the world, and this Fnatic build in particular oozes style in the process. Tucking this under your arm and heading to a CS:GO LAN party wouldn’t be a problem whatsoever—though you’ll want to use somebody else’s system as the server. http://www.pcworld.com/article/3085...wer-competitive-gaming-on-a-tight-budget.html
Probably so and best bang for the consumers buck is the bottom line We are there leonx81! That's is about 14% gain in a trading session and this morning. If AMD can stay above $5 next week, $6 should be a on the horizon in the short term.
I got tired of waiting for this to pull back so I got back in. It is relentless.. And bellow is what I mean by relentless.. 5 minute graph
TTT, thanks for the good call. My Jan 20 $5 call is up 33% as of this morning. It does not like AMD wants to stop soaring as of right now. Probably there will be a sell off later today.
Thanks and my $5.50's doing good as well and yes a pull back should be expected but not slowing down yet
It got an upgrade and just generally favorable press for the past few weeks drawing in a lot of people that had written AMD off in the past.
Right now its more of a momentum thing. Its a great sign for AMD, it has been a while since it got such a favorable response to a card release.
Wow what a run. I sold my July 1 4.50 calls for a 200% gain. Didn't want to get a greedy. I'll definitely be watching this one.
Thanks! Momentum was on my side this time. PS: Nice site! I just registered afters years of being on HSM.
I bought the June $4 calls for 18 cents that expire today. Normally I would take the profits and run but to maximize my profits I plan on selling the shares later for $6, besides I already took profits above $4.50
