I first read that AMC is the current back alley crap game being played in the market a couple of days ago.

It's difficult to believe we need economic stimulus when people are gambling (in aggregate) huge amounts of money on any number that changes randomly.

We are Democrats, we live free, get paid to stay at home. The rich will pay for our ride. Unless we can make 20 bucks a hour minimum wage with full benefits, why should we.

    Back to AMC,
Deal me in on the dice game. :D You fellers ain't seen nothing yet. This week is just a little gamma action, the squeeze hasn't even got near the starting point just yet.As long as these clowns keep going short every uptick its just child's play for the moment. Welcome to the new Wall Street, after this one is played out the next of several is on the list. Slap that ASSk and enjoy the ride, or stay Slackjawed from the sidelines and watch. :lauging:

Me today while watching my GME and AMC shares--:lauging::lauging::lauging:

Ps: RKT is getting some ants in its pants. I was green for months, it dipped, I've been trying to buy in more at 16.00 for a few weeks now but the fuse has been lit.

Contrary to what reddit says, nobody can accurately predict that.

When you get a +100% move in a single day, you take profits and ignore the people screaming at you to hold.

I stand by my statement. It's just getting started, most of them followed today's pattern.
No shame in taking profits either.
    Depends on the individual.

Its an interesting dynamic for sure. If enough of the publicly traded float is bought and hold, then sure, as along as every single person holds and never sells, you can technically have any price you want.

However, I feel we hit the prisoners dilemma here. Its only going to take one or two whales to decide when this all goes back to normal valuations.

"Normal" being a topic of debate too. AMC does not have the fundamentals to be valued up here, even the company themselves are saying so:

But that brings us back to the first line I typed in this post.

    Very interesting article.

I love the dynamic of running up a stock and then sell into short fills. Engaging in these activities have handsomely rewarded trust and faith. At least, so far.

Yeah, Ill be surprised if its something which is repeatable. The meme communities seem to fragment more and more with every passing run.

You're saying there's too many meme stocks? Sounds like they need to start doing some M&A to consolidate their memeness.

The original subreddit WSB had groups branch off that wanted their own favorite stock to run. As long as they all focus on the same stock, grabbing a large chunk of the float is possible. If they fragment, it becomes more difficult.

AMC back down under 44$ last I checked, Would you guys buy at 44$ and trust in another pop?

I should have sold BB when it had that nice pop on Wednesday. I bought in at 12.90 and 13.70 to average 13.40. I should have sold Wednesday night when it popped up to 20.17 a share... My inexperience and greed told me to hold and then I watched as it has now tanked to under 13.40.... I sold at 14$... These "Meme" stocks just arent for me I dont think... I am currently unemployed (lost my job 2 weeks ago so I dont even get unemployment) and do not have a ton of money saved. I was hoping these Meme stocks would be some supplemental income while I find work but after watching a newbie friend try the same thing and instead end up losing his ass (he bought into BB heavy at 19$).. I know the game isnt over but I fear for him at 19.

Anyways, AMC, how we feeling about it at 44$, still got some room to drop? Going back to the moon next week?

Its fun to sit back and enjoy the show. Desperate people do different things.

Hopefully the naysayers will all go short. TONS of people are holding and refuse to sell.
This week is going to be wild.

Brewmaster and his sidekick have work to do. :lauging:
Maybe CY will give his expert analysis on the situation, unless he is to busy talking to himself at the stonk place.:D
