Ms. Nicole Brewster reports RENFORTH RAISES $1,376,260 TO FUND CONTINUED 2022 EXPLORATION OF BATTERY METALS AT VICTORIA WEST WITHIN THE SURIMEAU DISTRICT PROPERTY AND ON THE PARBEC GOLD DEPOSIT Renforth Resources Inc. has completed a private placement financing, raising $1,376,260 through the issuance of 13.75 million flow-through common units and 14,000 common units. Renforth is also pleased to inform shareholders that the final 2021 drilling at Victoria West, within the Surimeau District Property, has been successfully completed with a total of 7 holes drilled in 1203m within the stripped area. Each hole encountered visible sulphides, samples have been sent for assay, results will be released once received. Renforth has now drilled 5,626m into Victoria West, this combined with Renforth's surface work and historical data demonstrates that Victoria West is a polymetallic occurrence currently striking over 5km within a 20km geophysical feature, with mineralization consisting of nickel, cobalt, copper, zinc, platinum and palladium starting on surface and continuing to a vertical depth of at least 150m. "We are happy to have raised a judicious amount of money pursuant to requests from shareholders which we will immediately deploy in continuing our, to date, successful exploration on both our wholly owned gold deposit contiguous to Canadian Malartic, Parbec, which has a structural setting and lithological similarity to our neighbour, and on our Surimeau District Property. At Surimeau we will work to extend and deepen the polymetallic "future facing" minerals in the Victoria West area of our vast, >260 km 2 , wholly owned and road accessible battery metals property, also contiguous to Canadian Malartic. We look forward to a New Year filled with new results and exciting field activities on our properties and, with some success, continued asset growth" states Nicole Brewster, President and CEO of Renforth. The proceeds of this offering will be used to fund 2022 exploration on the Company's wholly owned properties as follows; Surimeau Renforth has retained Joel Dube ing., P.Eng of Dynamic Discovery Geoscience, to carry out a Prospectair MAG-TDEM (helicopter borne electromagnetic geophysical survey) on the Surimeau district property which will result in consistent detailed geophysical information for Victoria West, Colonie and LaLonde. Interpretation of the geophysical survey, combined with results from Renforth's recently completed comprehensive channeling of the stripped area at Victoria West and the assay results from the just completed drill program. Parbec Renforth has retained Stefan Kruse Ph.D., P.Geo, Senior Structural Geologist of Terrane Geoscience to deliver a structural site characterization of Parbec. The first phase of this will occur in January 2022 and consist of a compilation and integration of all relevant data and a gap analysis. This process will dictate, through the gap analysis, the next steps Renforth will take in working to identify the structural controls to the relatively high grade magnetic diorite intersected in numerous drill holes. Results from the recently completed 15,000m of drilling at Parbec have highlighted areas which require additional assay work, both in the recently completed holes and in prior adjacent drillholes. Renforth is compiling this assay list and will be submitting pulps for assay or cutting new samples in core as appropriate. Each Flow-Through Unit was priced at $0.10 and consists of one common share in the capital of the Company issued on a 'flow-through' basis, and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant issued with the Flow Through Unit, entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.13 for a period of 12 months following closing. Each Unit was priced at $0.09 consists of one common share in the capital of the Company, and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant issued with a Unit, entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.13 for a period of 12 months following closing. In connection with the Offering, the Company paid $66,000 and issued 660,000 compensation warrants in respect of the Offering. Each compensation warrant is exercisable, for 12 months, for one common share of Renforth at $0.13 per share. All securities issued under the Offering are subject to a four-month statutory hold period in Canada. Technical disclosure in this press release has been reviewed and approved by Francis R. Newton P.Geo (OGQ#2129), a "qualified person" pursuant to NI 43-101. About Renforth Renforth wholly owns the ~260 km 2 Surimeau District Property, which hosts numerous areas of polymetallic and gold mineralization, each with various levels of exploration, as well as a significant amount of unexplored ground. Victoria West has been drilled over a strike length of 2.2km, within a 5km long mineralized structure, proving nickel, copper, zinc and cobalt mineralization, in the western end of a 20km magnetic anomaly. The Huston target, during initial reconnaissance, resulted in a grab sample grading 1.9% Ni, 1.38% Cu, 1170 ppm Co and 4 g/t Ag. In addition to this the Lalonde, Surimau and Colonie Targets are all polymetallic mineralized occurrences which, along with various gold showings, comprise the areas of potential of this NSR free property. In addition to the Surimeau District battery metals property Renforth wholly owns the Parbec Gold deposit, a surface gold deposit contiguous to the Canadian Malartic Mine property in Malartic, Quebec. In 2020/21 Renforth completed 15,569m of drilling which successfully twinned certain historic holes, filled in gaps in the resource model with newly discovered gold mineralization and extended mineralization deeper. Based upon the success of this significant drill program the Company considers the spring 2020 MRE, with a resource estimate of 104,000 indicated ounces of gold at a grade of 1.78 g/t Au and 177,000 inferred ounces of gold at a grade of 1.78 g/t Au to be out of date. With the new data gained Renforth will undertake to complete the first ever structural study of the mineralization at Parbec, as well as additional total metallic assay work in order to better contextualize the nugget effect on the gold mineralization. Renforth also holds the Malartic West property, the site of a copper/silver discovery, and Nixon-Bartleman, west of Timmins Ontario, with gold present on surface over a strike length of ~500m.

Renforth Resources to begin airborne survey at Surimeau 2022-02-16 11:47 ET - News Release Ms. Nicole Brewster reports RENFORTH EXPLORATION UPDATE FOR BATTERY METALS, LITHIUM AND GOLD Renforth Resources Inc. has shared the following update on its upcoming project activities with shareholders. Renforth will resume field operations this week at its 300-plus-square-kilometre Surimeau district property in northwestern Quebec, working to advance its approximately six km long Victoria West polymetallic battery metals system as well as copper and lithium occurrences on the property as detailed below. At the same time, its Parbec gold deposit is currently the focus of the structural geology group Renforth has retained to do the first-ever structural study of this property which straddles 1.8 km of the Cadillac-Larder Lake fault zone, with a surface gold resource identified over a portion of that distance, which also encompasses Renforth's discovery of a splay of the break into the Pontiac sediments to the south of the Cadillac break. Surimeau district property 1 -- Renforth's 912 line km airborne mag and EM (electromagnetic) survey will commence flying later this week. The flight lines will cover the approximately six km strike of Victoria West, the Colonie showing in the east and the unexplored approximately 14 km between the two mineralized areas which are joined by the approximately 20 km long magnetic anomaly. In addition, flight lines will extend to the north to include the LaLonde area, where polymetallic mineralization has been drilled historically over a strike length of approximately two km, verified by Renforth's own surface sampling. Upon completion of the survey, the data will be compiled and interpreted as part of the target selection process for the next round of drilling, likely to commence in March. At this time the assay results for six of the seven holes drilled prior to Christmas are still outstanding, those results will be released once they are all received. 2 -- The northern part of the Surimeau district property, formerly referred to as Malartic West, hosts a copper/silver discovery made with an 8.08 per cent Cu grab sample in 2018 (refer to press release of Sept. 4, 2019); this is now a surface exposure of approximately 165 metres of copper and silver sampling. Please note that grab samples are preferentially selected and not illustrative of the whole of the mineralized system. In order to continue exploration on this discovery several test lines of induced polarization will be run over the known mineralization and stepping out from it in order to guide future exploration, likely to consist of limited stripping. 3 -- The Surimeau district property hosts numerous pegmatites, several identified by Renforth's own geological team in the field and historically documented. In several instances lithium is also present in the same location. To date Renforth has not focused on lithium at Surimeau, instead the polymetallic battery metals package of nickel, cobalt, copper, zinc, platinum and palladium which is present in six known areas of the property have been the focus, specifically at Victoria West. Renforth is now broadening its exploration efforts on this vast property to include lithium. In order to do this, it will first reassess samples which it has on hand that returned above-background lithium values as part of its standard testing of samples. Several of these samples, including from the north of the property and the Victoria West area, will be assayed with a lithium specific assay package. In conjunction with Aline Leclerc, OGQ, one of Renforth's technical directors, the company's geological team is planning a prospecting campaign. It is anticipated that this will include returning to the northern part of Surimeau where Renforth noted the presence of pegmatites and samples returned lithium, as well as to the south of the property where pegmatites were noted in the field and are documented historically, within or in proximity to the Decelles batholith, which have not been sampled. It is anticipated this work will take place in the spring. Technical disclosure in this press release has been reviewed and approved by Francis R. Newton, PGeo (OGQ No. 2129), a qualified person pursuant to National Instrument 43-101.

https://renforthresources.com/renfo...oria-structure-with-co-incident-em-anomalies/ ORIGINAL: Renforth's Newly Completed Airborne Mag and EM Survey Delineates Magnetic ~20km Victoria Structure with Co-Incident EM Anomalies 2022-04-13 08:00 ET - News Release April 13, 2022 - TheNewswire - Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE:RFR) (CNSX:RFR.CN) (OTC:RFHRF) (FSE:9RR) ("Renforth" or the "Company") is pleased to inform shareholders that the 935-line km detailed airborne Mag and Electromagnetic survey over the ~20km between the Victoria West and Colonie battery minerals occurrences at Surimeau, also extended north to the LaLonde battery minerals occurrence at Surimeau, has been successfully completed. The magnetic survey clearly delineates the ~20km long Victoria structure with greater detail than what was previously available. The EM survey, a method chosen as it will measure the presence of sulphides to a depth of ~50m, resulted in EM anomalies throughout the length of the Victoria structure. In addition, LaLonde, approximately 3km to the north, also registered the magnetic structure with co-incident EM anomalies. The area surveyed at LaLonde covered the area, which was historically drilled, outlining the presence of battery minerals over a strike length of 2.2km. The survey has outlined a considerable amount of EM anomalies beyond the extent of any recent drilling or trenching. The complete dataset will now be interpreted in order to refine drill targets for Renforth's next drill program at Surimeau, expected to occur in May. Prior to drilling, as soon as snow conditions allow, Renforth will commence a spring prospecting program at Surimeau as previously announced. This prospecting program will have two areas of focus, the first will be the known pegmatites and lithium mineralization at Surimeau, the second will be EM anomalies.
