Joe, Leon, and all it appears the free fall is over as T has been getting less bad and yesterday it went green in a market meltdown. Today it appears to be making the turn. I think our calls will do just fine. What we need now is a upgrade to take a nice pop up Currently up 17 cents at 41.05
Hey TTT, I saw they caught a bid at .04 today! I agree and hope we have formed a bottom and it is only up from here I also won't lie... I tried to pick up some .02s over the last couple days
I think you and Leon are averaged in better than me but I bought a boat load @.03. will have to check and see what my average is.
It is good to see T taking a move up even though it was a market rally. The real test will be when we have a market pullback. Now that George Soros is on board with the telecoms it should give a boost to the cause.
This could be a pretty good pullback or those wanting to add T to their portfolio. 4.7% yield at present position.
Funny article Google gets trolled by AT&T over Google Fiber http://www.siliconbeat.com/2016/09/01/google-gets-trolled-by-att-over-google-fiber/
T appears to be strong amid the markets pulling back. Moving forward T need to hold the gains today for a better sign a recovery since it's pull back.
I only see where T is up slightly AH (high volume) but it is a good partership. I couldn't resist buying the $46 calls today for 2 cents (good avg now) AT&T (T) Stock Up in After-Hours Trading, Partners With Qualcomm on Drone Project AT&T (T) is partnering with Qualcomm's (QCOM) Qualcomm Technologies to research how drones operate on 4G networks. NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of AT&T (T) were higher in after-hours trading on Tuesday as the telecommunications giant is working with Qualcomm's (QCOM) Qualcomm Technologies to test the San Diego digital communications technology company's drones on AT&T's 4G cellular network. The research will look at how unmanned aircraft systems can operate on 4G and, once they're developed, 5G networks. Specifically, it will measure coverage, signal, strength and mobility across network cells and how they operate in flight, Qualcomm said in a statement. When drones connect to a network, it can make it easier for them to transmit data, such as aerial photography, back to a company's data centers or cloud computing services, Fortune reports. The tests will be held at Qualcomm's San Diego offices later this month. Drones will be flown in simulated "real world" environments, such as a residential neighborhood or vacant land. AT&T noted in a statement that the tests won't interrupt customers' connectivity in the existing network. The drones will be equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon drone technology and small Intel (INTC) chip models similar to those used in smartphones, according to Fortune. https://www.thestreet.com/story/136...-on-drone-project.html?puc=yahoo&cm_ven=YAHOO
T's close today (Sept 9th) might just be a gift to those waiting to enter a long term position on this. Under 40 is a pretty good pullback.
9/15/2016 AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) was reiterated as Buy with a $48 price target (versus a $39.89 prior close) at Jefferies. The firm pointed out that the concerns over moves toward unlimited data plans and the pending launch of DirecTV Now are not as warranted as some might fear.
Still holding Joe. Hopefully we see another telecom rally, George Soros is putting his money there just don't know which equities he is buying
