I did in late Aug. Hoping it doesn't fall below the gap support. Thought CVS would base and go up but today's action surprised me. Still have a small gain though.
I knew about it but my heart still did the same thing when robinhood screw up its calculation for afterhours loss. I sold mine today. Will get back in to dust or nugt based on tomorrow's action after Yellen's speech
i just cant beleive the market is making so much hype out of nothing, do people really think yellen is about to come out tomorrow and give a solid concrete direction or answer?
Maybe it's a conspiracy. Institutions have the media in their back pocket. So the media beats their drums about "what might happen?!", stirring up fear. Getting people to sell everything "right at all time highs". Then the media continues the fear-mongering: if you didn't sell at all time highs you still have time to get out! All the while, the institutions are taking advantage of the sale caused by their media. Regardless of a conspiracy or not, we'll try to make some money.
just a quick heads up in here for anyone interested, we're planning to start up a brand spanking new contest here at Stockaholics pretty soon ... it's a daily stock picking challenge ... in fact we're test running it as early as today ... if any of you are interested to participate in our trial run- ***TRIAL RUN: Stockaholics Daily Stock Pick Challenge for (8/26)*** ^^ hit up that link ... we'll be accepting picks up until the cash market open today ... fwiw -- a rationale is required to be posted in order to be listed up on the spreadsheet! sorry for the short notice and all ... but we'll be creating a new thread for one or two days next week as well
I think most are just waiting for 10 to see what the story is.....what can make these markets actually wake the @#$#@ up
so gold popped even though her marks were a bit hawkish, that is interesting. and the dollar reversed and went positive, what does this all mean?
god dam, the dollar went back negative in a big way, now look at gold soar, look at nugt, hell, look at the markets, wow.
