Hey @Baggi let me know if this works out for you! I use TradeKing, so my costs are definitely lower than TD Ameritrade, but nothing like only $1.00 Obviously, since my entire system is built on option spreads, I'm very interested!

Staying neutral on the RUT overall, but definitely saw that bounce...followed by an almost perfect test of the RTL...followed by a close right below the 20 DMA! That 'floor' / former RTL continues to act as support...3x touches since the ATHs (Dec 15-16...Dec 22-23...Dec 30 + today).

Makes me think we'll see another green day tomorrow, but the RUT is running out of room before it's going to need to make a decision...

I'll let you know. It'll be awhile though, they only just rolled it out and they won't even have an android application until March.

So in the meantime, I'll be using Think or Swim from TD Ameritrade.

One of the nice things though, if you fund an account before the end of March, you can get Bob the Trader for 2 years for free. This is Tom Sosnoff and several others trades every day. I've never used it and don't know if it'll be any good, but I'll have 2 years to check it out, for free.

For the new year, investors could consider the following pointers while defining a portfolio strategy for 2017:

    1) Developed Markets (DM) - US remains the obvious choice within the DMs. However, while Trump's pro-market policies look encouraging, their implementation and its impact on economy would not be immediate. US valuations also seem high. The sectors likely to benefit under Trump's administration would be Infra, Energy and Financials. For Bonds, investment in TIPS would help investors counter rising inflation. As for Europe, continued currency weakness and easy monetary policy is expected to support exporters. However, low valuations are justified given increased political uncertainty. Japanese equities remain attractive in light of weak Yen, improving corporate governance and low valuations.

    2) Emerging Markets (EM) - For now, EMs are definitely more reasonably valued as compared to the overbought US markets. While the risk to EMs from trade wars and strong dollar remain, regions with low political risk, focus on domestic consumption and manageable debt burden will be the favourites. Russia remains a good bet as it benefits from rising oil prices and attractive valuations. India's fundamentals remain strong despite a temporary dip in growth from demonetisation. Indonesia looks good given its locally driven economy as also its reducing current account deficit. Despite slowing growth, China's growing domestic demand for goods and services is expected to contribute to China's stock market rise.

I had a sinking feeling last night and took my es shorts off. Profitable, but no where near what I was hoping for. Now I'd like to see some Continued bullish action so I can get short again at better prices.
