Yeah, well, that's a movie for little girls who haven't reached puberty yet. Not sure why anyone expected it to be anything but average. My little niece adores Moana though :|
Disney CEO stays after all. Iger extends contract until July 2019. Probably good news. Iger knows his shit.
Shares of Disney ($DIS) may move to the downside in early trading after the entertainment giant reported fiscal second quarter earnings that exceeded analyst estimates but on weaker than expected revenues.
The trailer for this one actually looked decent compared to the last few trailers for these movies that I've seen and just thought "Blah that looks stupid". The wife even said "We should watch all the other ones and then go see that one". I'm thinking to myself how dumb the last however many looked and that there was no way I wanted to do that. The first one was good though.
Really? I liked the third one the most. I remember watching all three movies overnight with my friends. That was a fun night Very excited about the new one!
By the last one I meant the fourth movie, which was not really connected with the first three. I liked the third movie.
First Pirates movie was so much fun. Jack vs. William...then William turned out to be a pirate too, blech. Fell into Easy Story Mode. I heard the Game 2 of NBA Finals was most watched since Jordan's last game, or something to that extent. That is very good news for Disney, because if TV was really dying then they would have only gotten, say, the most viewers since 3 years ago. This playoff season is suffering from boredom, but at least there's the sign that viewers can come around still.
lol @ crystal ball… Disney in a down slide since 27 Mar….movies can be viewed of the internet…their admission is based price compare to Universal which offers day passes… ESPN not helping either the list goes on and on.
