Yeah 5.4% dividend, and there's some company organization news. From reading headlines (all I got time for!) it looks like the Time Warner acquisition is now closed, and they will be run separately from the rest of the company.
Yes, they did announce a structure for the "new" company but they are not merged yet. They still need to clear anti-trust concerns. This structure change is being announced to enhance the chances and ease some of the anti-trust issues. The current CEO will be elevated (can't remember the title) and he will oversee 2 new CEO's, one for communications and one for media. It still looks good for approval and I think it will happen before the end of this year, but not a done deal yet.
I'm still long with a sizeable position in T. (sizable in that it is 18% of my total portfolio) Also had to post this message to get to 600 messages even
I just made my first buy in this week for T. Will keep adding the next few weeks until it is about 15% of my portfolio
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited's PT cut by Royal Bank Of Canada to $37.00. outperform rating.
36 is slipping... I'm still going to hold my calls through earnings next week. I only put a small amount on it
Appears I may have gotten in at the right time. Currently 9% of my portfolio. Will wait until after ER before adding more
I like the support level I drew in above for any longer term investors. Nothing that interests me though, as I'm shooting for higher returns quicker at this point in my trading career.
