Meyer Handelman Co bought 10,000 shares as the company’s stock declined 20.17% while stock markets rallied. The institutional investor held 171,020 shares of the oil & gas production company at the end of 2017Q2, valued at $7.75 million, up from 161,020 at the end of the previous reported quarter. Meyer Handelman Co who had been investing in Anadarko Petroleum Corp for a number of months, seems to be bullish on the $27.13 billion market cap company.

lol I did ?? might have notes in my book somewhere b/c don't even remember what it was that had me interested in this stock but looks like it broke out to upside... Have a couple back on radar though & one is ABEO - another one of my under $10 plays that i think is going to head even higher - should have gotten back in soon after it began making a regular appearance in my scans

WPCS is one under $10 play that has been on radar - picked some up after it broke $2- sold most today but still holding a little for long term. PETZ came within 1 cent of my target yesterday & then retraced but hit today & took some $$ out but not all lol
