BBBY has been in an epic 4+ day battle on a new low support line. It finally tapped through this morning. As long as it can maintain, im hoping for a bigger fallout. Just broke under $21 and i have $21 puts that expire tomorrow. Priced in at .07. A big fallout today, would be very welcome

true BUT think i took cents when i coulda gotten $ but that was back when i was working on getting good with scalping which works for some plays but not others imo.
I have decided at this point in my life, i am a terrible scalper. I cant hardly trade intrady. I usually need a couple weeks to be right, unfortunately. But hey. Knowing is half the battle, right?
Think scalping is harder with momo plays & if you don't know chart/history etc so makes sense to get in & out real quick BUT way too much work & like i posted before - i personally was leaving some good stocks behind & was always off to find another momo play. So now i am keeping some of my better plays & scalping the momo plays. Don't know if you know about "VWAP" but that is a really good indicator to use for scalping - turned one scalper on to this indicator after he asked how i was managing to get so close to the top. Basic knowledge of candles helps but even if you don't have then VWAP is all you need for good scalping imo
Awesome. Thanks. I do like the candles. And am vaguely familiar with VWAP. I need to study up on it though, i guess. I usually just chart them out. RSI and MACD are more or less reassurance. I like RSI a lot. But MACD is usually about halfway behind the move.
^^ welcome i too rely on the RSI along with vol. Played with MACD a bit & gave up on it but do pay attention to the curl. Also liked stochastic indicator which also seemed to be somewhat reliable but VWAP much easier for scalping imo. Key for me is when a stock is running is to pay real close attention to doji- red candle etc that "usually" shows up @ vey top & if momo play then am looking/ready to exit asap. Adding - very top meaning right after opening b/c could have another leg up after a leg down.
