I think I need psychological help.

I make pretty consistent returns on selling premium in various ways, but usually through spreads and butterfly's.

But then I keep going back to trading /es futures with my gains and lose more than I've made.

Is there a group out there for futures addictions? /es anonymous or something?

JWN tanking hard after earnings. If retail sales number is weak tomorrow morning, could be another bloodbath for retailers

I dunno, as a part of the millenial generation, I've found we all buy pretty much everything online.. clothes and shoes are just about the only exceptions for some simply because they gotta be tried on and sizes always seem hit and miss between brands. I would guess you can't cut out a few other things, like hardware stores and the like.

In general though, I haven't gone to a retail store and bought something with disposable income for years at this point. The convenience and cost saving (if any) is well worth not having to deal with driving, dealing with idiot employees trying to sell me extra crap or sign up for rewards. When it comes to buying things with disposable income where I don't need it this instant, internet shopping is king.

U.S. stock index futures came off session lows Friday after April retail sales rose 1.3 percent, topping expectations. Excluding automobiles, gasoline, building materials and food services, retail sales shot up 0.9 percent last month after an upwardly revised 0.2 percent gain in March, Reuters said.
