God I love March madness season. So pumped. Haven’t watched or followed any this year, will do my research in the next 2 days and get my bracket filled out. I miss the excitement when Buffett would offer $1B if anyone filled out a perfect bracket. Obviously basically impossible, but it sure was fun to dream about being a billionaire.

My bracket not looking so good now after the loss by Arizona last night It was fun to see a big upset like that though

Unable to pull it up and look right now, but I know I've only lost 2 sweet 16 teams, one being a final 4 team (Arizona I had in Final 4, Virginia I had Sweet 16). Hoping that the rest of my bracket plays out OK. I don't mind losing a lot of early games since the later rounds are worth more points. Just glad that they could all potentially still hit besides that upper left corner of the bracket.
Here's an update on the group standings- My bracket is pretty much dead lol. Picked Xavier to win it all. D'oh!
Haha my beacket is pretty screwed up too after so many upsets last week I picked the Blue Devils to win and at least they are still alive
I still have 2 of my final 4, but ya, the whole left side of the bracket I can't even get a win on at this point. Rooting for Purdue vs Kansas in the final 4 on the right side, and Kansas to win it all.
Damn I totally forgot about March Madness this year. It started too late hah! I went on vacation to Europe and missed the first two rounds. Would have loved to fill out a bracket...my problem, I tend to do alright in the first couple rounds even getting lucky on upsets, but I suck at getting the Final 8 and that is where a ton of bracket points are.
I’ll bet this year you wouldn’t have done well in the 1st 2 rounds because NOBODY did. Most upsets I ever remember seeing, that’s for sure. You chose a good year to miss it. Can’t wait to watch some more tonight. Think I’ll go to the gym and watch while I do some cardio.
whelp, the final 4 is set. i still have 2 teams alive in my bracket, but it's insignificant because i picked xavier to win it all (d'oh!). just taking a quick peak at the other brackets in the group, i see you also picked kansas to advance to the final 4 @T0rm3nted and even winning it all. i guess i will root for the jayhawks for the national title. i could see #11 loyola (chicago) getting to the championship game. but ultimately thinking either kansas or villanova takes it.
I had a really poor bracket this year, but at least I still have a chance at picking the winner! Rooting for the Jayhawks vs Loyola. Expecting Michigan vs Villanova though

nba playoffs get underway tomorrow...anyone with any early predictions as of now? are we all pretty much thinking warriors all the way again? i kinda like to see the rockets in the big game this year.
I am still picking Warriors to win assuming Curry will be healthy I hope it won't be the Warriors or the Cavs winning it all again though, hope to see a new champion
^^ haha yeah it's kind of like the pens in the nhl or the pats in the nfl it would be nice to see some upsets this playoff season. admittedly though, much like the nhl playoffs i don't have much of a rooting interesting for the nba this playoffs either. i did not catch any of the games this weekend...were there any surprises?
