Hi Stockaholics! It is time to put our powers and influence to use and start helping those who need it the most! The first step is to create awareness that there is a problem!
So how does Big Money Mike determine which stock he is going to pump? Is there some sort of collusion with the company being pumped that pays him to unleash his followers?
A few different ways: 1) You pick a low float, forgotten, low vol piece of crap that nobody cares about. You start loading up and making up a story about how something big is about to happen. Hint: Nothing big is going to happen besides the stock being pumped to the sheep. 2) Another promoter is working on a stock and pays with either cash or shares to get him to pump it 3) A company contacts him and pays with shares or cash for him to pump their stock.
holy crapola! that was really an amazing piece you put together there thank you for taking the time to go into such great detail to expose the truth! i feel everyone should take the time to watch your vid! no matter who it is ... but especially for the newcomers out there! its pretty unfortunate that this kind of stuff happens on a daily basis ... i feel bad for the guy out there who doesn't know any better ... but hopefully some poor soul out there will stumble across this video before they are a victim of such scams! thx for the video!
There is so much of this happening all the time, it is so easy to spot if you know what to look for. We will help noobs identify this crap so they never fall for it.
If there is one thing I learned about penny stocks from years ago, is too take your profits like a bandit before the price comes crashing down. I still have that worthless sub-penny with the hopes it will get promoted again.
I had some good profits on the said stock and I tried to sell the day it got dumped and it would not fill. Had I done it a day earlier I would have reaped some good profits. These guys play on your greed that your 5 cent stock is going to 25 cents or higher and dump it way before the target price
That is why Im doing a follow up on NEIK next week, its going to be really good educational material.
Great vid here, loved the podcast. It is a definitely an important issue but I feel like there's no way to battle it other than educate people how the whole scam thing works. And there still will be lots of people who will get caught by it.
long time member at hotstockmarket here. Good Vid Gil….. I have a long hate/love relationship with pumpers, (hate) cause of the destruction the cause to newbies and their following, on the flip side if I can get to "short" their name (NEIK) I'm thankful for the love in my bank account.
Thanks hitman. You are right, shorting pumps is a more reliable strategy then trying to go long on them! But not everybody is able to short most of these stocks, you need to have a good broker and plenty of capital in the game.
Sites like stockaholics is really helpful, especially when it comes to getting at the bottom of these investment scams or any scam for the matter (ones that involve time and money). Hope no one falls for this load of *$%@!
