Ugh! No, thank you! Too early for this amount of winter. Normally I'm southward bound by now, but not this year. I'm probably gonna stay up north for the winter and not looking forward to the cold. Currently in Ohio, and so far nothing like you're having.
Well the ice was not a problem for me until we lost power for a whole 24 hours! It is still out right now. Needless to say this has been a rather shitty experience for us down here the last day or so. I’ve never been through a full 24 outage like this. It’s almost like the end of the world lol. I can barely log in here via mobile as my battery on my phone and tablet are getting drained pretty quickly from usage. Anyway, just gonna wait this shit out and hope things come back online soon enough... This really sucks right now.
yessss! got my power back online as of just this past hour boy do i have a ton to catch up to in here
@T0rm3nted - just heard that chitown was suppose to be like -50 windchill this AM? is this true? holy crap if it is!
Am in FL right now & has been nippy here last couple but better than other parts so just have to keep on reminding myself how lucky i am to be in this spring time like weather

Yes, windchill was -52 where I'm at. It was nasty. Just about everything closed. The dog took 2 steps out the door and turned around.
Well in Sunny Logan Lake canada, January was spring like, and warmest i can remember. However FEBRUARY has begun with -25C lows for the past 3 days and looking like its going to warm up to a balmy - 10 for the next week. Then they say another cold front waiting to drop in here. Geez where did that groundhog go, i think hiding deep in his burrow.
Yeah, it's been real nice here in the Queen City all week. 70s and dry. Finally got a chance to take out the bike for the first time in a looooooong time. Felt good!
