Market well off the lows. Homebuilders not doing so hot today most likely due to the higher interest rates, and if rates continue to go higher...
Market pretty much closed at HOD, big caps outperformed small caps by a pretty big margins, so the big rally today probably had something to do...

Yeah last year was more of slow and steady rise, this year we are seeing a bigger move and mostly to the upside
