The company's digital audio/video recording, storage, and other products also comprise a miniature body-worn digital video system; a hand-held laser speed detection device; VuLink, a system that provides law enforcement customers with audio/video surveillance from various vantage points; a law enforcement cloud storage solution; and Web-based software for commercial fleet tracking and monitoring activities.     LENEXA, KS--(Marketwired - Jan 30, 2017) - Digital Ally, Inc. ( NASDAQ : DGLY ) ("Digital or the "Company"), which develops, manufactures and markets advanced video surveillance products for law enforcement, homeland security and commercial applications, today announced its largest commercial order ever received for the sale and installation of DVM-250 event recorder video systems to American Medical Response ("AMR") and ongoing FleetVu Manager cloud storage services. AMR's initial order for deployment during 2017 includes approximately 1,550 three-camera DVM-250 systems, installation and cloud storage services, representing 2017 revenues approximating $2 million. Shipments will begin immediately.

    Digital Ally (DGLY) has skyrocketed 69% to $5.50 after winning a patent decision againstAxon Enterprise (AXON). Axon, the company formerly known as Taser, has dropped 1.8% to $24.60.

    This one hasn't seen the light of day in a while....

    This company could be poised for better days with all the clamor for reform in law enforcement. Several states have recently mandated that all LEO's wear cameras and all emergency vehicles be fitted with cameras. Also, it has been rumored that AXON is looking to buy DGLY, unconfirmed, just rumors.

    I like the chart from Friday 8/28/20, big bull bar Thursday followed by an inside day Friday, scale in if further moves upward.

    There is very strong competition in the security market. Companies like this make a big pressure on others, especially on small companies. I think that the future of digital video for use in law enforcement would be in biometric identification ecosystems.
