In Utah, if you have a Mormon wedding, it's okay. I think the age of consent is lower with permission from the place of worship.
I had to look it up. The facts are: Your post is wrong. Utah isn't South Carolina. Age of consent for marriage is 16 but only if the parents give consent. The church has not a thing to do with it. Underage sex by an adult upon a minor is rape. Unless the age difference is minimal, like two years. IE: a 17 year old girl could have sex with a 19 year old. But then the wrath of the parents may prevail in court. The church has nothing to do with that also. Granted the Mormons do run legislation. I know people in Utah and have been there before. About 49 states have a lot of preconceived notions lol. Understandable I add.
I always thought that it was the church that gave permission for Mormon marriage. As the church recognizes the wedding. Some marriages are only a marriage in the church, and not married by government law and code.

Off-road Jeep style. 2 seat open top rally or dune buggy. 9 or 12 Passenger van. Limousine. Crew cab, 6 seat, long bed truck. SUV. Whatever.

Ya know, I did the same with Virgin Galactic and made a nice 450% off the same hopefuls with stars in their eyes.
