I know damn near nothing but I’m here to learn all that I can. I have limitless time and am a wiz with the computer, but need some direction.
I suppose my first question is which app/site is best for trading stocks? I’m also looking for something that will sell if a stock starts to get close to costing me money instead of making it. Would be nice to have a little buy/sell button. If there’s anything like that or you have some first time advice, I’d love to hear it. Thanks!

There's RobinHood. It's not the best, but it is very popular and easy.
Other viable apps/sites are Charles Schwab (schwab.com), TD Ameritrade, Interactive Brokers (go to interactivebrokers.com and download the app). These are good ones but can get more involved. Worth it eventually though.
RobinHood can give you problems with server outages (more frequent than other brokers).

Don't worry about "starting late". You're part of the generation that will never know what trading commissions are.
