If I was a gambling man, I would buy SPY, right now. But, I'm no gambler. I'm an investor so I will sit tight. SPY 478.05
I don't know why I wrote SPY and talked about shorting the S&P 500. I also pulled a quote out of my database for SPY. I meant Pro Shares short S&P 500 (SH). SH started the year at 13.57. It is now 13.91. So, no appreciable change. I still expect an S&P 500 short position to be beneficial over the next couple of months. I still have no interest in shorting the S&P 500.
SH is now at 14.89. Between the American coup attempt and the pending invasion of Ukraine, I may purchase a chunk of SH today.
