ADS Dividend vs ordinary share dividend

    I was looking at Cheetah Mobile who is paying a special dividend (ex 6/22) of $1.42 for ADS or .$14 for "ordinary" shares. Foro thosea of us that are trading on the NYSE do we get $1.42 or $.14? TIA
