Have not been able to locate anything that tells you how to clear/delete the list of alerts so how do you do this? Thanks.
Are you talking about the flag icon on the top right? Just click it and its considered as "viewed" and resets to zero.
I cannot seem to find a way to delete them. The red flag should go away after you click the alert and pull up the thread that was liked, quoted, etc. They won't disappear from the list for a few days after being viewed though. If the red flag won't go away, then there is probably some sort of bug.
^^ think red flag goes away but alerts don't and all are also added to pages that don't go away either so will try turning them off and then back on to see if that works. Thanks to both here.
