By reference to the prospectus for the admission to trading of Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. (“Greenvolt”)’s ordinary shares in Euronext Lisbon’s regulated market, managed by Euronext Lisbon –Sociedade Gestora de Mercados Regulamentados, S.A., approved by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) on 1 July 2021 and disclosed on 2 July2021, as amended by the addendum approved and disclosed by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission on 6July 2021 (“Prospectus”and the “Offer”, respectively), which can be consulted at www.greenvolt.ptand www.cmvm.pt, as well as the resolution taken by the shareholders of ALTRI, SGPS, S.A. (“ALTRI”) in relation to point four of the agenda of the General Meeting held on 30 April 2021 , having been subsequently delegated to ALTRI's Executive Committee, by resolution of the Board of Directors on 23June 2021, to set the date on which the distribution of assets to ALTRI's shareholders will take place, to carry out a part in kind, in the form of distribution of shares representing the share capital of Greenvolt and a portion in cash (the “Distribution”). Specifically, the Distribution will imply the distribution to ALTRI’s shareholders with a Record Date of 8 July 2021 (i) ordinary shares up to a maximumof 5% of the total number of shares representing Greenvolt’s share capital and voting rights immediately prior to the launch of the process that will lead to the admission to trading on Euronext Lisbon of all shares representing Greenvolt’s share capital (IPO), i.e.,up to a maximum of 3,750,000 shares representing Greenvolt’s share capital and voting rights , and (ii) a cash amount corresponding to €0.10 for each share representing ALTRI's share capital, which, in any case, shall not exceed the maximum global amount of €20,513,167.20.
