AmSurg Corp. (AMSG) is the owner and operator of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in the United States. The Company is also a provider of outsourced physician services in the areas of anesthesiology, children’s services, emergency medicine and radiology. The Company operates in two segments: ambulatory surgery services and outsourced physician services. The ambulatory services segment, which acquires, develops and operates ambulatory surgery centers in partnership with physicians. The physician services segment, which provides outsourced physician services in multiple specialties to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and other healthcare facilities, primarily in the areas of anesthesiology, children’s services, emergency medicine and radiology. It operated approximately 246 ASCs in over 34 states and the District of Columbia in partnership with approximately 2,000 physicians, and provided physician services to over 320 healthcare facilities in 24 states.

Bullish engulfing candle, 50MA crossing over 200MA, and MACD crossover all indicating a buy here... If it breaks through the MA resistance, it could hit $82 pretty easily IMO.
