Getting squeezed here Declined on ER -- I've put a blue horizontal line at the low of the ER (Note: it coincides with the high of 10/4/2016). Then on 3/21 it dropped even more but on very diminished volume. More recently, 4/5 was a big volume day that set the second high that I am using for the declining tops resistance line. The next day 4/6 was an even bigger volume day that peeked below the blue line but finished above. This is all to say that I think those lines are important. Also can see it is being resisted by the 50 ma. A competitor, DropBox, is preparing to come public.
