I am new to forums and not very smart about the market but was wondering about getting back into the stock market. I have some retirement funds in a stable value fund and was wanting to move them into a more aggressive fund when the market stabilizes. My question would be what indicators would I be looking for to show that the stock market has stabilized and may be on the way back up.
