In September, the USA SEC will stop all buying/selling of stock with companies that are considered "PINK". These are companies that are not providing information to investors that meet the SEC requirements. After September these companies might be traded in the "Grey Market". Many brokers do not trade in the grey markets. There may be changes before then that may allow certain reporting to be accepted.
