CIEC was "reinstated" and shared a new annual list of corporate members today 4/25! This is a hint that CIEC is possibly in the middle of being taken over/reverse merged into an existing company. I am unable to post a direct link but you can go to the Nevada Secretary of State website yourself and find the reinstatement
