This is about Coca-Cola bottling co, not to be confused with KO - the Coca Cola company (*) It's quite an interesting stock. Capital Gains has been through the roof, but somehow the dividend payments are absolutely tiny. Any idea why the bottling company is not returning the profits to shareholders as dividend? Financials are on a steep climb too. Dividend yield is currently less than half a percent. (*) I actually bought COKE by accident, thinking I was buying Coca Cola (KO.) For once, this happened to be a happy accident, as COKE performance has eclipsed its namesake KO.
