    5. Deere & Company (NYSE/DE)
    Coming in fifth among Berkshire Hathaway’s top dividend-paying stocks in 2016 is Deere & Company, Buffett’s 16th-largest holding overall. At just below one percent of the Berkshire Hathaway portfolio, Buffett is Deere & Company’s seventh-largest institutional holder , with 17.1 million shares (5.04% outstanding shares) valued at $1.3 billion. Deere pays an annual dividend of 3.05%, or $2.40 per share, and has increased its annual dividend for 11 consecutive years.

    Coming in fourth place among Buffett’s best dividend stocks in 2016 with an annual dividend of 3.11%, or $1.32 per share, is Coca-Cola. As Warren Buffett’s third-biggest holding, Coca-Cola makes up more than 12.5% of Berkshire Hathaway’s portfolio. It is also the largest institutional holder, with exactly 400 million shares valued at $16.0 billion (9.2% of the company). For income-starved investors, Coca-Cola has increased its annual dividend yield for 51 consecutive years.

    Wells Fargo is Warren Buffett’s top holding at 18.9% of Berkshire Hathaway’s total portfolio and its third best dividend-paying stock in 2016 so far. Buffett is also Wells Fargo’s second largest institutional holder, with nine percent of all outstanding shares (470.3 million) valued at $24.1 billion. Wells Fargo’s annual dividend yield is 3.12%, or $1.50 per share.

    Procter & Gamble is Buffett’s seventh-largest holding, making up 3.0% of the Berkshire Hathaway portfolio. The company holds 1.95% of Procter & Gamble (52.8 million shares), which is worth roughly $3.8 billion. Procter & Gamble pays an annual dividend of 3.29%, or $2.65 per share. The company has also increased its dividend annually since 2004.

    International Business Machines (IBM) is Buffett’s fourth-largest holding, accounting for 9.2% of the company’s portfolio. Berkshire Hathaway is also the second largest institutional holder of IBM, with 81 million shares, or 7.8% of the company ($11.75 billion). IBM’s current dividend yield 4.10%, or $5.20 per share, annually, making it Berkshire Hathaway’s No.1 dividend stock in 2016. IBM has increased its annual dividend for the last 19 years

    The stocks are going to remain overall the same for the coming year as well, however, there is going to be an inclination towards the tech stocks in the coming years. As we have seen Warren Buffett gave up his Walmart stocks in last year which was the least expected thing .
    However, I always buy and invest in stocks that are here for the long run like:
    General Electric Company
    Suncor Energy Inc
    Phillips 66
