Reviewing my holdings recently, I noticed that I have avoided Latin America. A lot of these funds are pretty heavy Brazil and Mexico, for obvious reasons. I hadn't really thought about this region much lately, but notice that recovery remains pretty weak. Is there opportunity here? What do people think?
