New Residential is an REIT. This was one of my first purchases when I started investing. They spent the bulk of the last 5years between 14-16$, then when the pandemic started (Mar-Apr 2020) NRZ tanked to 7$. Since the 7$ price (in the last 1Y) we see 48.5% growth and a price of 10.69$ I see NRZ rebuilding and re-establishing that previously held level of 14-16$ and then continuing to build from there. I dont see real estate stopping in the near future. Yahoo! has their support level at 8.19 and their resistance level at 10.98. Can someone explain this to me?
