Total beginner to pretty much all of this, here. So when I first started working for Sonic Drive-in back in about 2013, they gave me an option to automatically spend a percentage of my paycheck on buying stocks in the company. I think I ended up with about 30-40 total shares, but I've just discovered that in 2018 Inspire Brands bought Sonic and was supposed to send money to me for those stocks. I never received that money and don't really know what to do about this or where to begin. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
You might need to call up HR or what ever department can put you through to the people that can direct you to the right place.
