Remote Dynamics (RMTD) was acquired by private company Telogis, a leader in fleet vehicle telematics in 2010 for their assets, intellectual properties, patents. RMTD was the key pioneer in the GPS Fleet management industry. Just last year (2016) Verizon..yes Powerhouse VERIZON (VZ), bought Telogis for an undisclosed amount. Soon the details of this deal will be revealed and RMTD will be forefront as to why the deal is a SUPER win for Verizon. All about the patents !!!! Cheers ;^)
