(RMBS) plunged more than 11% in after-hours trade yesterday in response to the modest first-quarter 2016 results and tepid second-quarter 2016 revenue outlook. Rambus’ adjusted earnings per share (including stock-based compensation but excluding all one-time items) of 11 cents came ahead of the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 9 cents.
