I've searched and I've scrolled down so yeah I'm panicking, I asked RH but never got a straight answer and instead of answering they penalized my account unfairly. So bottom line is I was accused of using an API even though I am not using such a thing, I explained to them that my thumb on my touchscreen is not an API but I guess RH STAFF just don't care. Anyways I will ask here and hopefully I will get some sort of an honest and a decent answer. How many times a day am I allowed to sell fractional shares rounded to the nearest cent like this: 0.000001 of a share for $0.01 USD The person with the answer will get a btc payment from me if they wish for their time.
