10-Q is due this week, by 8/14/2020 (Friday). Short's manipulated this stock and have not yet covered -- only 1.5M shares available for them. This will be a big week, regardless. 10-Q is due. SBFM submitted an FDA application for fast track that can be approved within 60 days. A similar covid-19 play had their FDA approval in exactly 30 days. SBFM submitted their priority patent on 5/22 to the US Patent office. Expedited patents or priority patents can be approved for disposition from 90 to 180 days out. End of this month would be about 90 days. Regardless, in order to file a priority patent, requests that a company submit FDA approval at the same time. And we know a priority patent was filed on 5/22 due to the 6/3/2020 PR by SBFM. There should be updates and filings this week. Potential for this stock to really break loose.
