Does anyone know of a service that sends notifications of SEC Form 4 filings within a certain parameter set? I've been playing with a screener combo of p/e<15, 0-20% above 52 week low, and positive insider trading (occasionally including a high beta in that grouping to make it fun). That's gotten me interested in whether insider transactions are actually indicative of movement... I know philosophically they shouldn't matter, but I wonder if that's true in practice. Also, I wasn't sure where to post this, so sorry if it's in the wrong spot.
