Where can I find historical short interest data on stocks? Fintel.io has good info, but its info always ends 2 years before (for example, in Dec 2020 if I'm searching in Dec 2022). But what about the years 2019 to 2010. For Apply, Intel, Tesla, whatever. Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you!

I don't have the answer for you, but maybe there is something at data.nasdaq.com

    https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/aapl/short-interest
That page has twice-a-month going back a year only. But then it says this:
"Data provided by Nasdaq Data Link, a premier source for financial, economic and alternative datasets. Data Link's cloud-based technology platform allows you to search, discover and access data and analytics for seamless integration via cloud APIs.
