T-Mobile US Inc. (TMUS), led by its outspoken Chief Executive John Legere, has something up its sleeve for the self-styled “Un-carrier,” hinting at a big announcement to come at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show, the annual tech fest held in Las Vegas each year.

    Here you are!
In March of 2013, T-Mobile disrupted the U.S. wireless market when it launched its Un-carrier program, which aggressively challenges the conventional pricing, terms and programs generally accepted by wireless carriers. Some of the programs launched under Un-carrier include unbundling the phone from the cost of a wireless plan, unlimited data, buying customers out of competitors contracts, free iPhone upgrades, the ability to stream video and music without eating away at monthly data caps and even issuing shares of T-Mobile stock to customers. T-Mobile also offers a DataStash program that lets customers roll over up to 20 gigabytes of unused data to the next month.

    No effect from the downgrade
T-Mobile Downgraded On Valuation, Postelection 'Melt-Up'
T-Mobile US (TMUS) stock looks overpriced despite rampant speculation it'll be in play once telecom mergers resume, says MoffettNathanson, which downgraded the Uncarrier-branded wireless firm to neutral.

Analyst Craig Moffett lowered his price target on T-Mobile, controlled by Germany's Deutsche Telekom (DTEGY), to 61 from 65.

Goldman Sachs separately on Tuesday downgraded Deutsche Telekom stock to neutral and upgraded U.K.-based Vodafone Group (VOD) to buy.

T-Mobile's Uncarrier marketing campaign, launched in March 2013, has enabled the company to gain subscriber and revenue market share vs. AT&T (T), Verizon Communications (VZ) and Sprint (S). AT&T has been the biggest loser of postpaid phone subscribers.

Buybacks means cheaper shares. More downwards trend folks. We are below the 200 SMA, first time this year. See you below 60 bucks.

Good move by T-Mobile. Legere wasn't going to overpay for Sprint. Now he'll use that money to build stronger bonds with content, NFLX. Remember what happened to YHOO when MSFT wanted to buy them. They got greedy and YHOO value plummeted. Same with Sprint now.
