Tracking Live Penny Stocks

    What is the best way to track live data penny stocks. Currently I use Bar Chart but has a 15 minute delay. Trying to find another site or app that you can filter percentage change.

    Webull is great for non professionals and you can add level 2 for $2.99 a month.
