Stocks from NYSE Price had to cross Price Level 10 time or more in the last 3 months Current Close to the Price Level must be 10% or more The 6 month price chart has to be relatively sideways, not sloping down the whole time Price is between 1 and 50 The idea is to swing trade these back to the Price Level.
