    I'm bullish.

    $TA truck stops. As I travel, truck stops are unique. Restaurants. Showers. Convenience store. Full hookups for water, electricity, media. Game center lounges. Lot Lizards. Souvenirs. Maintenance bays. Laundry machines.

    if your tractor trailer is going across the country with a load, you depend on these truck stops. They accept your corporate fleet cards for payment. They can make full service repairs to get you back on the road. As commerce increases and the economy recovers, more truckers will be on the road.

    As Americans shy away from flying commercial, family road trips will bring in sales. RV sales have beer going through the roof.

    Nationwide, there are 3 major chains. Love's is privately held by the Love family. Pilot Flying J is a Warren Buffett company. $TA is publicly traded.

    $SVC owns the physical real estate for every TA Truck Stop. $SVC also owns luxury hotel properties. Hotels have been down. Rents have not been paid. That is changing. This is the ground floor. Unlike a cruise liner which may not sail again until Next year.....Hotels are reopening now.

    Own the gas stations. Own the landlord. Get paid twice
