Chemical products companies have been pretty hot (well, I'm thinking of CC - Chemours). If this punches through 20 then there's very little resistance. Weekly chart Big volume these last couple weeks, making lows without touching the lower Bollinger Band (centered on 20 sma), and 20 sma itself starting to move up.
