I am new, this is my first post. I own VGENX, a large sum at average cost per share, $55.00. It is now trading at approx $38.00. I would like to hear some opinions, if oil and the related refine co.'s are somewhere near a bottom here, and if anyone would recommend buying more at these prices. Just FYI, this fund already consumes about 9% of my total portfolio. Thanks.
