Hi all. n00b here with a n00b question.

About a week ago I bought stocks in PF because I liked the pattern. I didn't check news and didn't know about the acquisition by Conagra, my fault. Anyways, it completed today, and it was announced all PF stock trading will be closed.

So my question is, what happens now? Do they pay out equity or roll over? Or what is the next steps in a process like this?

    Thanks all!

Thanks for finding that info for me. Are you aware of what the timeframe normally is for this type of thing? I'm not in a rush, just curious.

I'm not aware of the timeframe. Have your broker's number ready, and I would give them 5 business days for the cash and the shares. There may be a difference in the receipt time of the cash/shares.
